Outlined below is a brief description of a sample of projects delivered across the education, human services, health and aged care sectors. Note: further details and public report links are available upon request.

The following projects have involved extensive consultation, data analysis and engagement of schools, service providers and senior executives.

Project:  Services required by schools to support student mental health and wellbeing. As project director I lead the team through undertaking consultation with over 5 per cent of the public schools in the state, consulted with a range of government departments and brought this together with emerging policy and evidence around enabling schools to better support students with mental health issues. 

Project: Early Childhood Education Consultation (ECEC) Strategy. For the State to meet their Commonwealth funding agreement they needed to establish an enduring structural, financial, and relational association with the ECEC sector. I lead the team and was involved in all elements of the consultation strategy from developing the sample of ECEC providers to participate, leading consultations and workshops with the ECEC sector and developing the final report. The report provided a clear way forward for two government departments and the ECEC sector on the use of funding for 2023 and beyond.
